Fuck, its not at all uncommon for them to beg outside a building next to a sign hanging in the window or posted on the lawn. Weve got more jobs than people here,and a lot of places are so desperate they will literally hire anyone. They make more money off of suckers and get more free shit when they stand on the corner than they would working, so why would they work?
