Deathwing (Team Titans) a.k.a. the second most ridiculous '90s DC character Rating: 64 out of 100 I love the concept of Deathwing, and with the right artist in front of the character, I think the design can be excellent. The idea of an alternate reality spilling all of its embarassing secrets right into the middle of a long-established continuity-heavy world is fantastic, and I can't think of an example before this one in comics. Deathwing is actually a character concept I would love to play around with if I ever had the chance to write a Titans title. I think the potential is there. The execution was not well-handled, but I can't fault the overall construction of the character. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
