The Happy Mask Salesman (Majoras Mask) Rating: 71/100 For a fairly minor character in the Zelda mythos with not much screentime, this guy really lands a striking impression. The pinched face and squeezed eyes convey to me a pained person hiding behind a mask of their own, an emotional wall that only is rarely breached. The sight of his anger in the Clock Tower is something that has always stuck with me because it was a rare moment of unbridled honest emotion conveyed in a very dark and mature way in the Zelda series. Zelda has always been a series that I think hides a lot of complexity behind its fairy tale nature, and HMS is a good example of this subtle depth. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
