Topic	Something that has vexed me about Windows for a long time...
Chewster 12/19/18 7:42:00 PM #1:	How the fuck do you get programs to open consistently on a certain monitor and in a certain window size? AFAIK it's supposed to open up however it was when you last closed it, but it seems to vary from program to program and I have no idea how or why. Sometimes I'll move and resize shit over and over again in hopes it "sets" it to the right size and monitor, only to no avail. <cite>Chewster posted [p:914413620] in Something ...
