The hot food complaint is only bad if the costumer doesn't seem to understand that order means the staff cooks the fries fresh (if they do it right. Sometimes they just drop old fries back in the fryer) and they get impatient.

From a managerial stand point t it sucks because chances are you end wasting fries that had been there already and still good just because they wanted it as freshly cooked as possible.

When I worked at BK that sucked for the regular staff too as the head manager made out like we didn't get raises because food waste was too high. And it was shit like that we couldn't help. Not the costumers fault but that doesn't mean it wasn't annoying
