Politics is one of those no budget left eps It's all flashbacks They do one every season I think. Like you said, its purely for budget reasons and the producers freely admitted that. I believe they do get more creative with it as time goes on. It was a good ep I just ffwd Politics does serve to set up Kinsey, whos a recurring problem in the series.
