We're in a world where a bucket of chicken can be considered blatantly racist. Don't make stupid political correctness rules unless you want to play by them.
Except there's a difference between people genuinely being offended about something (or even defending people who they genuinely think are offended, even if they are wrong) and pretending to be offended about something because "those are the rules I guess".
This is the same dumb **** you played with the Kavanaugh hearing where you pretended like it was fair play for Republicans to hypothetically make up rape allegations to derail a confirmation hearing in the future because Democrats had the gall to believe someone's rape allegations.
Err no they were pointing out that inventing rape allegations would become common if the confirmation hearing was delayed 6 months on an accusation that literally had no proof. Especially when the star witness tried to intentionally delay testifying and had several outrageous demands which included not flying in to testify and no female investigator allowed to question her or demanding the accused to testify first so that the accused cannot defend themselves from the accuser.
Considering the bullshit the GOP pulled to prevent Obama from placing a SC justice, the GOP deserved it. ---
