Like, it's already one of the hardest fights in the game, why does it need a timer on top of that? At one point I had her at like 10HP only for time to run out the only reason I ended up beating it is because I got her off the side and jumped off her head accidentally, which stopped her from being able to reach the stage I cheesed it by throwing her off and spiking her. It took like twenty tries to get it right. I used Duck Hunt's forward Smash to fend her off the stage until it was just too far for her to get back.
