Though, if you are over 18, and were skipping with friends under 18, you go to court for helping friends skip or something. They had a more legal sounding name. But, because of that, I see it as a crime...


Also over here we don't have "cops" in schools. I'd imagine the more strict protocols in the states is due to higher risks though with guns and whatever. Still I can see your point. It just seems weird to me to think of it as a crime.
