Hiter had a grand idea that was horrific, but he didn't hammer the details out. Mengele meanwhile, was the one doing twisted experiments of dubious scientific value, trying to turn Jews into Aryans or something. PleaseClap posted... NotWhiteNinja posted...As horrific as Mengele's actions were, they at least had the positive effect of contributing to scientific knowledge about humans. Yeah, Mengele's experiments were of no scientific value whatsoever. Nazi science did provide things to the medical community (Sulfa drugs, a lot of early data on hypothermia), but none of that was by Mengele.
