If I want to leave my job but my boss offers me a $10k salary increase and I take it, that doesn't mean that I'm saying "I'm fine with my job the way it currently is". These are refugees. Not employees. The entire basis of the process is that they're fleeing violence or persecution so severe that they risk dying if they stay.
