Cesaro is a terrific wrestler without a ton of charisma. So what does he get to do? Just have MotN candidates PPV and PPV with The Shield, the New Day, the Usos, Gallows and Anderson, etc. Wow, poor dude. And Rusev was literally challenging for the WWE title not too long ago and is currently challenging for the US title. So an upper midcard act is being treated like... an upper midcard act. Its incredibly hard to see any of them as other than their expected roster placement.
