In prior contests that awarded 10 monetary prizes, ~16th has historically been the threshold, though it's gone as far down as 23rd. I'm not too optimistic, but in case I do win one of those $25 gift cards, it's $25 - $8 state+local taxes - $10 notary fee - $3 parking or bus ride to notary = ~$4 net profit. :D --- 2012 U_U 2017 X_X ...
