True Blue is probably my favorite album by her.

"Deep cuts" is a very stupid term because you'd be surprised at how many songs in the 80s had music videos. And then for some reason some songs don't have music videos (like Wanna Be Startin Something and Human Nature).

Today, her music that gets played on the radio is probably her most popular songs such as Like a Virgin, Papa Don't Preach, Like a Prayer, and Vogue. But you have to be totally backwards to think that being popular and played on the radio = bad...

I'm well aware of the MTV/music video boom in the 80s. Deep cuts are still very relevant, especially with the interest in preserving albums that has come about with the internet. Most of my favorite songs are deep cuts.

I don't understand why you think I think radio = bad. I never said those songs were good or bad, I gave no opinion on Madonna, radio music, music videos, popular songs, any of that. All I said was you want to convince people, but them offer them a bunch of songs they have heard many times already, and that's not going to change anyones opinion, or is it interesting.

What are your favorite songs off True Blue? I want to hear some good tunes I haven't heard before. I don't like her enough to listen to her albums, but I want to hear the cream to the crop. Blow my socks off with your favorites man.
