was in a mood for most of the week due to an asshat of a co-worker (always talking to customers, and doing whatever he wants), pisses me off that management hasn't done anything about it. what getas me even more is that when he was hired, he put a stipulation in that he can't work weekends due to having another job that pays more, and I've been working every weekend where I work for the past 3 yrs.

You can't really be mad about the working weekends situation. Can't blame the guy for giving priority to the job that pays him more.

At a job I used to work we lost one of our best guys because of something similar difference being is he'd call out of work if the other job needed him to come in.

As far as the world goes imo. No people ruin it. Everyone has their idea of what they think is best and has become extremely vocal about pushing those ideas onto people who disagree.
