Much of that was because of the rushed production schedule. There was also a lot of stuff that had to be cut because they weren't given enough time. on one side you can say bethesda rushed them, on the other you can say obsidian is shit at managing their time. they've got a history of making buggy games so i'm more inclined to believe obsidian is just crap at game development. --- People die when they are killed.
