So don't mumble out a lie when they ask if you floss but do keep your mouth clean and the junk out from between your teeth. Ineffective flossing is ineffective. A lot of people don't know how to do it correctly but its one of the best things you can do for your gums. You want to brush up and away from the gum line and get a c around your teeth while flossing.
