Well, adulthood sometimes sucks.
I've bought plenty of games it took me a long time to get to, buy I always get to them. Only exceptions I can think of is on the 360 I bought banjo kazooie and re4 and never got past the first hour in. Same with manhunt on PS4 but I do plan to get around to it as I've never beat it unlike the two on 360
Re4 just didn't age well imo. And with banjo I had been browsing games drunk and it struck me right in my nostalgia
But it still sounds like you played them a little...

Im an adult and have only Sunday off. And not every Sunday as I have a second job. I still have time to play every game Ibe bought. I just dont buy 1000 games that I dont think Ill play because they were 99 each... Ill buy games on sale when I see them. But then I make sure to play them... Even a little. Then Ill either finish it. Or finish the other game I started and finish the new one after...
Yeah I did play them a little those 3 where all digital copies so there was no sealed vs unsealed.
Only game I bought with my own money and considered not opening was a day one copy of final fantasy Xv I managed to get a year after its release. Then it was another year before I got around to opening and playing it (friend spoiled something for me and killed my mood to play it) ---
