If youre pro-human, then anyone arguing against you is anti-human, which sounds monstrous. And once youve established yourself as the moral hero based on label, it doesnt matter that your ACTUAL beliefs have nothing to do with being pro-human, since in fact you believe that non-citizens are sub-human compared to citizens. Its a lot like pro-life, and the implication is that the opposition is pro-death.
