Targeting Scare was to call him out if he tried lying about his claim to cause another day-long bullshit fest. I think I explained this twice already but third time's the charm.

I targeted Pirate because I don't buy his cop claim at all and if my scan reported back that he didn't take a night action, he'd have some explaining to do.
