I ended up voting P5 just because while DQXI is pretty much traditional perfection, P5 actually pushes the RPG envelope way more and has amazing dungeons/mechanics to show for it. Honorable mention for XC2 which I love but have to admit has major issues. The gacha system is pretty much entirely unforgivable and really damages the game for me. Now if we had a full-length game with the Torna expansion's set-up... that would be a real contender. --- Let the voice of love take you higher, With this gathering power, go beyond even time! ...
