I mean, it was a neat idea, but at the end of the day I feel like most people would have preferred being able to just play a single Pokemon instead of being stuck switching all day. Of course, they threw out the entire idea and stuck us with just Charizard, which was honestly just as frustrating. I'm not exactly sure how the trio is going to work now that Pokemon Trainer is making a return.
