I rarely use Terra's Brave over her USB1 and I have no fire chain, just seems like quicker cast chain fiajas just get the job done before I would really need an overstrike (having Phoenix magicite also lowers the appeal of her brave) Maybe it's better for some characters but not Tidus, with Sapphire Bullet and 6 chases that's 11 hits (16 if he doublecasts) 1 free OSB is rather underwhelming.
