The problem with murder is that you have to prove the killing was premeditated, it clearly wasn't so she will get found not guilty of murder. If they left it as manslaughter, she would have easily been found guilty and ended up serving her time. That's what I fucking hate is how lawyers try to go for the maximum like 2nd degree murder and they end up fucking failing and the perp goes free. Like you dumbasses should go for what you can get instead of trying to go for broke. In Saskatchewan there was a farmer who shot a guy who trespassed on his yard and shot him, the guy was coming to use the phone or something since they had a flat, lawyers pushed for 2nd degree murder and he got off free since there was no evidence it was pre-meditated. --- This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.
