Because they sure as hell go out of their way to make sure they have no impact on the films as possible Agents of SHIELD is the only one that's safe atm. Probably cuz it's the only TV show that was made before Marvel Studios and Marvel TV split. The real issue was with Ike Perlmutter, who didn't get along with Kevin Feige.
