The fact that teams don't offer sheet really good players that teams like the leafs refuse to sign until their entry level deal is up is just mind blowingly dumb. Like Matthews is a top 5 player in the league now, if you are a middling to bad team why shouldn't you throw 15 mil at him a year, he is well worth 4 1st round picks.
