I already beat everything up to that point besides D$ neo torments (and Zeromus but fuck that fight) but the game presented a wall that was a big middle finger with 5* magicite's savage modes and the physical/magic split on magicite where I needed new relics to deal with those niches. But the game was constantly screwing me over with bad RNG and I wasn't making any noticeable progress for months because I couldn't get an earth chain or earth mage relics, and there was nothing else to do besides farming crystals leaving the game both boring yet frustrating. That's certainly more reasonable to be fed up at a game than simply bringing Tyro along. And it's not like I'm alone in that, the game lost a lot of playerbase around when Neo Torment/5* magicite started because people didn't like being restricted so much in top level content and having to budget so many relics for one boss. --- https://imgur.com/6AevF0Y LOL!!!!
