I was comparing a pit to the fact that people will treat you how they perceive you. A person in a suit and tie will be regarded differently than some thug looking person, no matter the race (for the most part). Its human nature, likely instinctual. I'm guilty of it with dumb stuff, I seen a chick with a tattoo on her ankle and assume shes a ho.
