Or alternatively (and more gut wrenchingly), I miss the playoffs due to losing by 0.8 points week 1 to the person who will be 1 win ahead of me. This happened to me a couple years ago. It was some small number but it was less than a 2 point loss week 1 to what ended up being a pretty poor team. But because they kept beating teams that had bad weeks, that team ended up making the playoffs instead of me because of that win. Predictably that team got blown out the first week of the playoffs but I redid the playoff bracket with my team and I would have won the championship that year if I had made the playoffs. =/ So good luck, Shattered! ...
