Not really we are constantly running out of stimpacks wuss. take the perk that gives you double chems on crafting, go buy the plans to make stimpacks, then collect blood bags. every blood bag will make 2 stimpacks, then you can dilute one stimpacks into 4 diluted ones. the perk that increases the effectiveness of stimpacks also works on the diluted ones, essentially turning them into full stimpacks.
