I make fun of him because he's always talking about these absurd pie-in-the-sky ideas that never really materialize, and a substantial amount of people eat them up and act like he's the savior of humanity. He's not a genius, he just has the money and the willingness to fund these endeavors. If that; the other thing he has is clout to convince people he's actually doing something. ...
