Topic	What's for supper/dinner/evening sustenance?

I know I make mostly chicken based dishes (cause chicken is delicious), but even just when it comes down to timing, or knowing what flavours go together with what, I have improved significantly. I've been debating taking a cooking class at some point. They look like a lot of fun.
