Topic	Should next gen consoles be fully backwards compatible?

I understand why PS2 and PS3 games are difficult to emulate properly on more conventional systems like the PS4. I understand that Microsoft puts a lot of work into what they do with backwards compatibility, and that even though they use a similar architecture for all of their systems, there are many outliers.
