Yeah it has some bugs and issues but its not nearly as terrible as everyone claims it is. I never have had any crashes or game breaking bugs that require restarts or to close out the program. This is PC btw. I can't speak for consoles. If you want a good Assassin's creed using the new RPG formula then get origins. It runs pretty well on PC but its a bit intensive and requires some decent power. Again, cant speak for consoles but I'm sure it runs in the 25-30 FPS range. --- "Doesn't matter, still obtainable.
