Today, everyone came to find me just to tell me the macaroni I made was the best they ever had. It was very cheesy. And I use lots of types of cheese. I use 4 different types of slices cheese(Though 1 or 2 might have been a mix). And 7 types of shredded cheese(3 were two type mixed, and 1 was 4). I think for the pizza mac, I'll only use the shredded, especially since I won't be layering. Only making a couple small pans... Actually I misread it and thought you meant mac and cheese on pizza which is good. But pizza mac sounds even better. You should probably use a white sauce base for it instead of red though.
