I think this guy is just unpopular so they don't make skins for him. The development cycle has slowed down a lot, that is part of why. A lot of the 2016 and after champions only have 1 or 2 alt skins. MariaTaylor posted... I bumped his placement a bit because of the dance, but now I'm wondering if every champ has one?
