They do, but it's unpaid time IIRC. Also very difficult to enforce so it's easily ignored by the shittier employers out there.


Empolyers basically can't stop you from taking time off if you let them know if you have the intention to vote.

The thing is that there are no laws that force employers to give employees time off to vote unless they request it.

Though this varies by state.
