You have no value. Your purpose on earth is to live and survive.
People choose their own purpose, it's not really correct to project your purpose onto other people.
Why would you choose to be a wage slave?
I'm not a wage slave personally, I don't work paycheck to paycheck. I work my job because I enjoy it and I want to live a life of more than the bare minimum. I've left a lot of jobs I didn't like. I don't settle for mediocrity in any aspect of my life, enjoyment is always my primary goal, and all aspects of my life right now currently compliment how I enjoy life.
