Something that may give you a boost is to interview for other jobs just to see that you have what it takes to land another job whenever you need one. That will take the edge off of performance anxiety at work and should make you more optimistic and confident.

And stashing away six to twelve months of expenses, in a regular savings account at the bank, would help a lot with general anxiety. Knowing you could lounge around for upwards of twelve months if you get laid off is a really peaceful feeling.

I got an emergency fund, granted it's only about two months worth but I can always pull out my Roth contributions or sell my crypto if I really had to.

And I have been interviewing for other jobs. But it hurts to my core knowing my job is well paying, cushy, easy, and low risk yet I still feel anxious all the time. Like if I leave this job and take a "real" job I'll get exposed as a failure.

I have horrible imposter syndrome.
