I wonder if the goal is by the end of 5.x it will be level 80 capped slowly. That's a strange way to do it. Maybe it's because it HAS to learn monster actions, so they want you to have ample time and opportunity to learn them. Marv and I both suspect that the 50 cap is so BLU won't mess with the META or balancing of raids during StB.
