To give a briefing on Kira:

Yoshikage Kira is the main villain of the fourth part of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. He is a serial killer who just wants people to leave him alone and let him kill women in peace, and has been doing it for 15 years without being caught. He has the special ability of a 'stand', known as Killer Queen. Killer Queen can punch things good and anything it touches turns into a bomb that Kira can detonate at will. This can be as powerful as exploding an entire block, or as specific as exploding a person except for their hands so Kira can fetishize them, or at one point, he explodes out a bullet made out of air traveling through his veins with minimal interference.

He has a secondary ability known as Sheer Heart Attack. It is an invincible, remote-control bomb on tank treads that will follow a chosen target. It is completely separate from Kira, and he can be kilometers away and have the thing still go after people. It will return to him after fulfilling its chosen task. After finding its target, it automatically pursues the greatest source of heat in sight and explodes it. If it determines its target isn't dead in this explosion, it'll go after them again. Kira cannot use Killer Queen's bombs while Sheer Heart Attack is active.

Kira is supremely pragmatic. He successfully evaded detection or any level of suspicion for over twenty years, deliberately getting second or third place in competitions so he appears skilled, but not overly so. He has cut off his own hand in order to escape capture before, and then successfully fled evasion from a guy whose literal power is taking a photograph of people he's trying to track from long distance by completely concealing his identity. He also has incredible luck, betting plans on a very unlikely outcome that will most benefit him and almost always succeeding in them. He also threw a bullet of concentrated air with a bomb inside, calculating the trajectory needed in his head based off of the football passes of professional football player Joe Montana.

He also really, really likes women's hands, wears purple suits, and looks like David Bowie. Direct confrontation he sucks at, and his durability is "regular salaryman who believes in himself".
