I think BLU would be a cool tank concept, but everything we know about it (Or, ClassJob36 as it's known in the data files) suggest it's a caster DPS. And Dancer as a healer... I don't have the foggiest how that would work. Every healer in the game uses either hots or shields. I would love more variety, but it's possible XIV's code base doesn't allow for more variety. It was forked from XI's source code iirc, so they're basically hot gluing new things onto some very old code.
