Topic	How bad will it be if I smoke the night BEFORE wisdom teeth removal?

I don't smoke cigarettes though, so I'm content with my decisions. My instructions only discuss not smoking post op, but I was really hoping to get one last joint in before not being able to smoke for a couple of weeks. Gotta lay down some vocal tracks in my music.
