Dude almost everyone has problems, being fat shouldn't be a deal breaker, there's a lot of girls who get better looking after they find a partner, and the only reason they're fat is cuz they're lonely as heck so they eat to feel better. Even if a person is sick it's better than being lonely, you can learn a lot from sick people, it preps you for what's to come in the future.
