156g golden flaxseed meal
8oz boiling water
Whatever spices you want

Combine all in a bowl, stir until it forms a "dough," let rest for a half an hour. Divide into 8 equal pieces and shape into an 8-10" round with either some plastic wrap and a rolling pin, or a tortilla press.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side in a non-stick skillet and boom you're done. You can store them in the fridge or freezer.

Goes great with pulled pork.
