When it comes to music, music is universal. I watched the sub of that scene and I followed the whole thing perfectly. You just read the lyrics. It was awesome. Music is universal. I listen to a good number of musics in languages I don't understand. Which is also, another factor entirely. This isn't like a big song by some actual rapper being used in a show. It's a couple of characters doing a fun scene, jumping between languages like this is jarring as fuck. And, again, directly translating the lyrics from Japanese to English like that, in rap especially, you lose the word play and rhyme.
