You don't get it. You go to work at the same time of day, that time is just called 6:00 instead of 9:00.

Time doesn't have to be linked to the sun anymore. Or rather, we can have colloquial sun-based times that we refer to for certain things, like "morning", "noon", "night", but for scheduling and communication, we have a universal constant time.
