Beat Infernal Eirika. Kinda weird map. I needed to abuse that certain units spawn only upon killing other units. Matthew and Serra hard walled the one panel that leads into the start area while VIRION and Kagero picked off many units before they could build up too much. Then I abused stupid AI on the horses that spawn when you kill the so only the troubadour did anything for a while as I cleaned up Eirika and her goons.

Probably couldn't do it again without a few tries. The horse AI abuse was complex.

Thinking this was not a particularly well designed map. I don't think the stupid stuff I was doing to abuse AI should be a good strategy.


I don't really think keying reinforcements to specific enemies being KOed makes for good design generally. Maaaybe if they were clearly flagged as such so we don't have to do trial-and-error to figure it out, but even then I don't really like the idea of rewarding the player for NOT killing certain units.

Other FE games tend to time reinforcements to one of (a) turn count, (b) crossing a certain line in the battlefield, or (c) provoking a certain group of enemies. I prefer all of those generally.
