Granted I've never actually played any Melty Blood or Under Night games, but I recognize this style very distinctly being a Raito work, and just about everything I've heard from him I've really liked. Again, this is another one where it gets its high ranking mostly based off the cool instruments being used here. They keyboards used here have that very "jazzy early '00s anime style" almost even with a futuristic spacey sound to it too. I dunno, it's hard to describe, but it's really cool. I'm also really liking that smooth bass guitar, and then how it throws in the electric guitar at the end for the climax.
