Of course they do, but they are no where near as numerous or have the influence you think they do. By labeling everyone or even most on the left with the worst nut jobs you are creating a straw man. There are plenty on the right who hate Halloween and want to destroy it too. Many conservative fundamentalist Christians who demonize the holiday, spreed rumors about it and want to ruin it for all of us. But just Because they exist I'm not going to attack all conservatives and say Halloween is hell on Earth for them. I know the conservatives who pass out chick tracts and say Halloween is Satan's day are the minority. I as a liberal have more respect for the right then that.
